How do I register my child/youth for Faith Formation?

    Registration packets are mailed to all parishioners with children of appropriate age (Preschool-Grade 12) in late July. Forms are available in the     Formation office and also online

How do I enroll my child for Sacramental Preparation?

    A separate letter is sent to registered parents of children who are eligible to receive Sacraments explaining the details and schedule of the Sacramental Prep program. If you child i
s eligible and you do not receive a letter, please contact the Formation office (724-744-4885).

Do I need to fill out a separate registration form for each child/youth?

    You may register your family on one form.
