St Barbara Knights of Columbus Awards Scholarships in 2011

K of C Scholarship Recipients

The St. Barbara Council of the Knights of Columbus are proud to announce the recipients of James Alexander and Martin Bratkovich scholarships. The James Alexander Scholarships awarded through the generosity of the James Alexander family in recognition of Jim and his charitable works. The Martin Bratkovich Scholarships were raised by a Pancake Breakfast sponsored by St Barbara Knights of Columbus in collaboration with the Youth Ministry.

New Offertory Contributions Alternative

St. Barbara Parish has made arrangements for parishioners to be able to make their regular of- fertory contributions to the parish by electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) from a designated bank account. EFT has been very successful for other parishes in the Greensburg Dioceses.

Special Women's Lenten Lunch - April 10 in Greensburg

2011 Daffodil DaysOn the weekends of Feb. 5/6 & 12/13, you will be able to purchase a Mini potted bunch of daffodils in memory of, or in support of a loved one that has fought cancer.

Each pot represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one day cancer will be eliminated. Let’s fill the church with HOPE!!
