Catholic Men's Fellowship
Information:
Catholic Men's Fellowship (CMF) of St. Barbara's is an informal network of Catholic men, under the patronage of St. Joseph, dedicated to strengthening the family and the Church. CMF strives to equip men to be the kinds of men, husbands, and fathers God wants them to be by helping them to:
- Re-experience the spiritual awakening they received at their Baptism;
- Deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ through the working of the Holy Spirit; and
- Grow in their Catholic faith by participating in ongoing faith formation.
On the road paving our Catholic faith, we are all at different points. We understand. Today's society places heavy burdens upon us and it is difficult to live our Catholic faith daily. Yet, we can draw strength from each other and encourage each other. That is the core of what CMF is all about--men encouraging each other to live and learn their faith. We welcome men at all points along the road of our Catholic faith. Come join us and together we can help us all live a more fulfilling life as Catholic men.
CMF of St. Barbara's is based at St. Barbara's Catholic Church in Harrison City, PA. Members come from many nearby communities including Harrison City, Irwin, Level Green, Trafford, Murrysville, Jeannette, and others. It is not necessary to be a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church to join CMF, all men are welcome.
