Baptism
Baptism and Baptismal Preparation:
Baptism and Baptismal Preparation is arranged through the Formation Office.
- Contact the parish office to schedule your Baptism.
- If you are having your first child, you are required to attend a Baptismal Preparation Class. This class is held every other month, on a Saturday afternoon. It is recommended that both parents attend this class. To register for the class call the Parish office at 724.744.7474. If you have had a child baptized within the last three years, you are exempt from attending the preparation class, but you must still contact the Parish office to schedule a Baptismal date.
- All couples are invited to receive the Blessing of an Expectant Couple on the first Sunday of each month. To schedule your blessing call the parish office at 724.744.7474.
- Baptisms can be scheduled on the second weekend of each month . The times are as follow:
- During the Saturday evening Mass at 5:30 PM
- During any of the Sunday Masses at 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM or the 6:00 PM.
- After the 8:00 AM Mass ~ 9:30 AM and after the 10:30 AM Mass ~– 12:00
