As a guest the use of the facility must not interfere with parish events or activities. Please care for the facility and leave the property clean and orderly. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit and could lead to termination of privileges for future facility use.
Depending on the date, the facilities manager will se-up the event according to the notations on the Facilities Schedule Form. However, for special events held on Sundays, it may be necessary for the individual or organization to set up and tear down the space. If set up and tear down is necessary, you must contact the Parish Office in regards to special instructions.
Under no circumstances are decorations to be affixed to the walls with any type of adhesive. Renters will be responsible for damage and revoke the security deposit.
Smoking is prohibited on all parish property. Any event in violation of this policy will be stopped immediately.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on parish property. Any event in violation of this policy will be stopped immediately.
Use of the kitchen for individuals or outside organizations is subject to the following:
- Cooking is not permitted in the kitchen. The facility may only be used to keep items warm or cold. Everything in the kitchen must be cleaned and replaced as it was found.
- Consumable items such as paper products, silverware, cups and beverages must be provided by the individual or organization unless preapproved authorization has been given by the pastor.
Use of the facility does not include use of any parish technology equipment, including televisions, projectors, cable, etc).
All garbage is to be placed in the wooden container outside the rear of the social hall. Any trash that will not fit in this container must be taken to the dumpster, which is located off Waugaman Road in front of the barn past the pavilion.
Do not leave trash inside the facility. Cleaning equipment and supplies are located in the janitor's closet next to the restroom in the parent alcove, located at the top of the ramp next to the water fountain.
All events and functions must conclude no later than 9:00 p.m. Any exceptions must be approved by the pastor.
