Diocesan Winter Retreat -- February 21 to 23, 2020
The annual Winter Retreat provides an opportunity for our high school students to take time out of their busy lives to slow down and be with God for one faith-filled weekend. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, this time apart provides youth with an opportunity to encounter Jesus, reflect upon the movement of God in their lives, and develop what their personal response will be to the call of discipleship that they received at their baptism. This retreat is a gift to our young people. It is a time to come to know and love God even more.
The 2020 retreat, Chaos, will take place at Laurelville Retreat Center
, Mount Pleasant, Friday evening, February 21 through Sunday afternoon, February 23. The retreat is sponsored by the Diocese of Greensburg Office for Faith, Family and Discipleship. All youth of the diocese in grades nine through twelve, along with their adult chaperones, are invited to join us on retreat.
The cost of this retreat is $120, however youth are eligible for Francis Fund. The total amount eligible is $60 (half of the cost). Please reach out to Elisa Esasky
