CORE TEAM EXPECTATIONS AND COMMITMENT FORM
Our Core team is the main leadership body for Youth Ministry.
As we continue to grow we are going to need CORE Team members that are committed and will do all they can to be present at EDGE, LIFE, and other major events. I know that jobs, school, relationships, sports, drama, and much more come into our lives and sometimes it will be easy to put CORE Team responsibilities on the back burner. Let’s be clear. Your family and your education should always be your priorities. I am not asking that CORE team takes their place. I am asking that Youth Ministry and your relationship with Jesus is up there with them when you are prioritizing. As a member of St. Barbara Youth Ministry and especially as a CORE Team member, you are a valuable part of the team. When you are missing, something essential is missing from our team.
