BBQ portion is catered and the car cruise is on campus. There will be raffles, DJ, beer tent, etc.

Oktoberfest
|
An evening for our guests 21+ complete with the beer truck pouring fall favorites and delicious German food and music.

Mass of Remembrance
|
Prepare a reception for those families of our parish who lost loved ones this past year. Cookies, punch and coffee are typically served. Mass is at 7:00 p.m., and the reception immediately follows.

Anointing Mass
|
Lunch is served to all those who attend the Anointing Mass. Lunch is catered and volunteers are responsible for making drinks, covering tables, serving food and clean up. Attendance averages 60 people.

Environment and Art Christmas Set Up
|
Assist those who prepare the environment for Christmas by setting up a light breakfast in the narthex. Attendance averages 20 people.

|
Help serve and coordinate the Fish Fry 2020 which runs February 26 to April 3.

|
Assist those who prepare the environment for Palm Sunday by setting up a light breakfast in the narthex. Attendance averages 20 people.

Holy Week Hospitality
|
The servers for these two liturgies arrive and rehearse two hours prior to the start time. Since this encompasses dinner and lunch, a light meal is served. Involves ordering, picking up and serving approximately eight people.

|
Tray cookies, make beverages, clean up for this special event. Bishop Malesic is present at this reception.

Graduate Mass
|
Assist with brunch for graduates and their families in the Social Hall after the 8:00 a.m. Mass.

May 17 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Father's Day Event
|
Organize and implement a social after morning Masses for our dads on Father's Day. After the 8:00 a.m., Mass donuts and coffee; after the 10:30 a.m., Mass hot dogs and chips.
